Chelsea Satre is the the business owner of Massage Therapy Health and Strength. Chelsea is inspired by the idea that creating space in the body for health and wellness through yoga and bodywork could create great positive community change. She practices a Swedish style of massage therapy with attention to proper alignment and ease of breath. Chelsea addresses these principles by concentrating on areas of pain and discomfort, holding patterns, muscular tension and the integration of deep breathing and stretching. Her goal is to engage clients into a lifestyle that invites health, wellbeing, and mindfulness. She has recently joined forces with the warm and talented team at the Cancer Wellness House, a cancer support network that combines the art of healing touch and community support. The structure of the massage allows ease into a more therapeutic massage session. Chelsea starts with gentle but firm pressure and works with the tissue to be able to receive deeper pressure without experiencing pain. She recently moved to Salt Lake City and is deepening her commitment to the practice of mindfulness and yoga and will be attending yoga teacher training course in September of 2012.
